Way More Information Than You Probably Want to Know!
I started playing guitar at eight or nine. My father played and always had a guitar laying around the house, many of my relatives also played, it was only natural that I pick it up. At this point let me make it clear that my hearing was bombarded with country music on a consistent basis in our home from an early age.
My parents grew up around the coal mine towns of Cadiz, Georgetown, St Clairsville, Harrison and Belmont county. I don't have anything against country music, and in fact enjoy progressive country tunes, its just that if you listen to one type of music long enough and something new comes along you eventually gravitate to that, or at least I did. But The Blues will always remain my favorite. Which is the reason for setting up this web site.
Enter my sister Celeste, who was extremely hip for her age and turned me on to B.B. King, Muddy Waters, Janis Joplin, Jimmy Hendrix, etc. which had a profound influence on my musical taste and style of play. later came Bonnie Ratt, Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana, Buddy Guy and the master of Texas blues himself Steve Ray Vaughn, to name a few.
Celeste died from injuries sustained in a car accident in 1975 at the age of 28, I owe her in large part for my musical tastes. This web site is dedicated to her memory, (Rock on Sis). A picture of Celeste can be seen in the Family Photos section of this web site.
PERSONAL STATS:
I'm currently unmarried, and live in a suburb of Columbus, Ohio and I make my living as an Operations Manager for a local commercial property management company.
As I'm always looking for new career opportunities, I've provided a link to my resume. If you should know anyone who would be interested in my services as a Facilities / Operations Manager, please forward a copy to them. Thanks! (networking! that's what it's all about folks!)

Playing with my guitars and computer are pretty much my passion in life, (pathetic ah?) Oh and I forgot to mention Isabelle, (Izzy).
If you have a chance to adopt a pet, dog, cat, whatever, do so, you won't be sorry. Isabelle, is now my official best buddy and follows me everywhere. After having her for over a year I don't know what I'd do without her company.
The plan is simple folks, you feed and take care of pets and they give you unconditional love forever, what a deal ! (yes forever is a long time)
And while I'm at it I'd like to shamelessly throw in a plug for your local area humane society. If you have an extra $20 laying around, a donation would really help these fine organizations, plus its tax deductible! I've provided links to some of the national organizations so you can get information on local pet shelters in your area through their sites.

When I first bumped into Izzy I was actually setting up an aquarium and purchasing supplies from a company called PetSmart (link below). This store has a caged area where they showcase cats and dogs from some of the local county area humane society facilities. You can see pictures of Izzy by going to the Pictures section of my web site
